Terrible service. Terrible company. Terrible employees. I placed an order and asked to have it cancelled. Same day within the hour of placing it. Then I called back the next two days to ask for a confirmation email for it to cancelled. I was told multiple times that the items were cancelled just not the system yet because they were busy with Christmas orders but to be sure not to worry that they would not be sending out my order and it was manually cancelled.
Then I find out The first package was shipped and sent to my client without my knowledge and I called to tell them and they said that they don’t know what happened but assured me my other package was NOT going to sent out. The next day the second package was sent out. SO BOTH PACKAGES WERE DELIEVERED after being told multiple times not to worry that they were cancelled and won’t be going out. Terrible terrible terrible! I have no other words for this just that I’m very unhappy and not impressed by this company that has been around for years…
